Cancellation /Refund policy

• No refund will be paid 24 hours before departure.
• If the tickets are confirmed, it can be cancelled up to 36 hours before the scheduled departure, if such type of cancellation it should be 30% cancellation charges deduct on total amount. Remaining balance it will be transfer to customer account with in 5 working days.
• If have any forecast circumstances(Bad Weather, Floods,Bundh, any Technical problems and other reasons etc..) Then The Govenment should be full Authority to cancellation of tour suddenly.Such this type of cancellations we will inform to you. (No Refunds will be given for the following at such time ( Gst and Service Charges And transportation) Remaining Balance amount will be Refund to customer account within 5 working days)

Terms & Conditions:

• This passenger should come to premises travels before 30 minutes.
• The company shall not be in any way responsible for any loss of goods property of the passengers while travelling.
• The company shall not be responsible for any delay or inconvenience during the journey due to break down of the vehicle or other reason beyond the control of the company.
• Your Children should be taken care of their parents while during the journey.
• Every one must wear life jacket untill end of their journey
• It is strictly forbidden for anyone to descend in to the river Godavari.
• Additional facility ,if fails we are not responsible such case amount will not be refunded.
• If have any circumstances(Bad Weather, Floods, Bandh , any Technical problems and other reasons etc..) Then The company should be full Authority to cancellation of tour. such type of cancellations we will inform to you. than we shall be refund of amount transfer to customer accounts within 3 (or) 6 working days.
• Please carry All passengers adhar zerox copys while during journey.
• All disputes are Bhadrachalam Jurisdiction only.
